At Hotel Lloret Ramblas our highest priority is the health and safety of our guests and our staff.

We have implemented a series of measures to make your stay safe and thus avoid infection.

• Disinfection Certified of all establishment facilities
• Training of workers in cleaning and disinfection techniques with specific products approved by the Health Ministry.
• Common areas like, elevators, door knobs, stair rails will be cleaned every two hours.
• Training of our workers in disease prevention and detection.
• Our personnel will have at your disposal personal protective equipment.
• We have an ozone generator to ensure greater general disinfection.
• Reception staff are trained to disinfect keys and dataphone with portable UV lamp.
• Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers placed in the common areas and entrance of the elevators.
• Free Kit is given to each client with a mask, 30ml bottle of hydroalcoholic gel and disinfecting wipe.
• Each guest must sign a commitment to notify any symptoms such as fever, discomfort, breathing difficulty, etc. so that we can notify the medical service 24 hours a day. The reception staff will have an infrared thermometer at their disposal to take the temperature if necessary.
