Aliens chimney – Gaudi masterpieces

Walking on the rooftop of La Pedrera (Gaudí’s masterpiece) is like transporting to another planet, there are no straight lines and their chimneys look like warriors with helmets, as if they were guarding the building, other fireplaces are covered with broken tiles, and the landscape looks like it came from another planet.

The building is listed as world heritage by UNESCO and is an indispensable visit in Barcelona.

Cheapest options to get to our center hotel in Barcelona

The blue “Aerobus” operates a route between the Airport and Plaça Catalunya, right in the centre of Barcelona. There is a stop in front of each of the 3 terminal buildings. The buses have luggage racks and special ramps for disabled passengers.

One of the best way and most cheapest (about 6EUR per person) to get to our central hotel in Barcelona is to catch Aerobus, only 30 minutes, the last stop is Plaza Catalunya from there, 2 min walk to Hotel Lloret Ramblas.

Another chepest options is by train approximate 35 min, but you have to get off in Paseo de Gracia station and change to underground (L3), one stop till Catalunya station exit La Rambla.
